Ingredients

  1. 3 cups wheat flour
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 tsp Sugar powder
  4. 1/2 Baking Soda
  5. 1.5 Baking Powder
  6. 2cups Buttermilk
  7. 1tsp oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients together and with the help of buttermilk knead the dough.

    The dough should be very soft now put the oil.

    Preheat the oven 180 degree for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Grease the tin with oil and set the batter in it, the batter should be up till half of the tin.

  5. 5

    Bake at 180 degree for 30 minutes. Check with toothpick if its come out clear than it's done. Cool it completely.

    Our bread is ready to serve.
