Easy & Gorgeous Lasagna

I made this easy lasagna recipe because I needed to use up the huge amount of cheese that I bought from COSTCO, and because it fits with the Christmas season.

It's even easier and quicker if you use lasagna pasta that doesn't need to be boiled! The light flavor of the mozzarella goes perfectly with a delicious glass of red wine.
After baking, let it sit for about 10 minutes so that it will hold together and look nice when it's cut. Recipe by icucu

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. Meat Sauce
  2. 1double the recipe amount
  3. White Sauce
  4. 30 gramsButter
  5. 3 1/2 tbspPlain flour
  6. 50 mlMilk
  7. 1 dashSalt
  8. Others:
  9. 9sheets Lasagna pasta (match the size to the baking dish)
  10. 1shredded, (as needed) Mozzarella Cheese (or any other cheese)

Steps

    Make the meat sauce from.

    Microwave the butter and flour for 2 minutes at 600 W. Gradually add in the milk while stirring to make the white sauce. Adjust the flavor with salt.

  3. 3

    Cook the lasagna pasta al dente. In the baking dish, layer the meat sauce, lasagna, white sauce and cheese, in that order.

  4. 4

    Repeat Step 3 two or three times, with the topmost layer being the meat sauce. Top with cheese and the layering is done.

  5. 5

    Bake for 20 minutes in a 200℃ oven and it's done! If it seems like it's going to burn, cover with aluminum foil!
