Ingredients

3 servings

540 mlRice
Sushi Vinegar:
200 mlVinegar
150 gramsSoft light brown sugar
3 tspSalt

Steps

Cook the rice with a little sake and konbu. Use a little less water than you normally would.

Put the vinegar, soft light brown sugar, and salt in a pan, and bring it to a boil.
3

Mix the vinegar from Step 2 into the hot cooked rice. Let the rice cool and your sushi rice is complete.
