This toast is very tasty & healthy .Roasted Maggi enhances it's taste.It makes it crunchy & my kids love it very much.
Steps

First boil potatoes & peel them & put them aside.Now take a pan & add oil in it & heat it.After some time add onion in it.When they become red then add tomato in it & sauted them.

Then add salt, turmeric,red chilli powder to it & sauted it for a while.Then add mashed potatoes in it & mix all ingredients properly.Finally add maggi masala to it.Keep it aside

Take a another pan & dry roast maggi in it.When maggi becomes somewhat crunchy switch off the flame & add maggi masala also in it.Now add this roasted Maggi into pre prepared mixture.

Now take a bread & apply tomato ketchup & potatoes Maggi mixture on it & roast it by applying oil on it.After cooking garnish it with roasted Maggi & chopped onion & tomato.

It is ready for serve.
