Steps

Smash the rice properly add onions capsicum salt chilli ginger garlic green onions pepper coriander and 3 tbs cornflour mix them well and make a small round balls.

Now fry them and keep them aside.

Now add oil in a pan add ginger garlic and green chilli sauté then till brown. Now add 1/2 cup water. Now add soya sauce chilli sauce vinegar and give nice boil. Now add melted cornflour in it add sugar pinch.

Now add fried rice balls in it and serve.
