  1. Steak (1.5 inch thick)
  2. Salt and pepper
  3. Fresh thyme
  4. Halfbulb Garlic

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Infuse garlic and thyme in oil

  2. 2

    Pan-fry steak for 30 seconds each side using medium-low heat

  3. 3

    Wrap the steak using aluminium foil and rest in oven for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Repeat step 2 and 3 for 2 more times

  5. 5

    Pan-fry steak using high heat for 30 seconds each side

  6. 6

    Rest for 5 minutes before serving
