Flounder Meunière

I wanted to make a meunière a bit different from the norm, so I tried using curry powder. My husband always says that curry is too spicy, so I snuck a dash of it on when he wasn't looking and he didn't notice the taste at all.
When flounder is cooking, it can crumble fairly easily. So try not to touch it until you turn it over.
Use however much curry powder you like.
Use whatever fish you like as well! Recipe by Garikonomama

Steps
- 1
Sprinkle the * seasonings on the flounder.
- 2
Mix together a suitable amount of flour and the dill in a dish (I use the disposable tray that the fish came in).
- 3
This is the dill I used. If you can't get any, dried parsley works as a replacement, or it's fine to omit it entirely.
- 4
Heat oil in the frying pan on medium heat. Once it's well-heated, coat the flounder in Step 2, pat off any excess, and add to the frying pan.
- 5
Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Add a little butter and turn the flounder over. Once it's cooked through, it's done.
