Remove the some skin of the Parwal.Heat the pan add musterd oil n fry the Parwal,.

Paste the poppy seeds with dahi n green chillies. Add termaric powder also.

Add the mixture of to the pan n add some water. Cover it for 5 mins. When the oil come out from Parwal.Then it is time for plating. Garnish with green chillies.
