Ingredients

  1. 1 cuplukewarm water
  2. 1 tsp dry yeast
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1 cupmix veggies for stuffing(cabbage,corn, onions, tomatoes)
  7. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  8. 1 tspdark soya sauce
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp oregano
  11. 1 tsp salt
  12. 2 tbsp oil
  13. 3 tbsp grated Paneer

    In bowl add water,sugar and yeast keep aside for ten minutes.in bowl add all-purpose flour put yeast mixture, mix and Knead dough keep aside for 2 hours.

    Heat Pan add oil.add oil once hot put onion saute. Add all veggies mix well.add red chilli sauce,dark soya sauce,salt,red chilli powder.mix well cook for five minutes.allow it to cool down.

    Knead dough again.divide into pieces. Roll oval shaped give cuts like fins of fish.put cooled veggies mixture in middle part

    Put grated paneer,as I didn't get cheese.fold it putting cross.heat kadai put sand in bottom preheat for ten minutes.put bread in greased mould. Put in kadai and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
