Firstly cut the bread in cube shape. In a bowl add yogurt,salt and turmeric powder. Mix it well.Then dip the bread in it one by one and put in greased steam plate.

In a stainless steel pot add water, then put the steamer in the pot

Cover the top and cook it for 2 mins or till the colour changes to yellowish. Allow the dhokla to cool

In a kadhai add oil,jeera,rai,sesame seeds for tempering allowing it top splutter adding curry leaves and asafoetida. Add the bread dhokhla and saute with very light hand to allow to tempering mix well.finally, garnish with coriander and grated coconut and serve instant bread dhokla.
