Poha peanut Bhel is an Instant, quick and easy recipe using poha/flattened rice along with veggies and chutneys and which gets ready within minutes. It is a very colourful and very nutritious evening snack.

Heat oil in a pan, crackle the mustard seeds and curry leaves and dry roast the poha.

Roast on a low flame for about 5 minutes, add 2 pinch of turmeric powder Then let it cool completely.

Now, take a bowl add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves namkeen sev, roasted/fried peanuts, salt, black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix all together.

Add the roasted poha, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney, 2 tablespoon namkeen bhujia, coriander leaves Mix all together.
