Ingredients

  • 1 cupMota Poha/Thick Flattened Rice
  • 1Onion finely chopped
  • 1Tomato finely chopped
  • 2Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  • handfulCoriander leaves chopped
  • 1/3 cupPeanuts roasted or fried
  • 1/2 CupNamkeen Sev
  • 1 tspChaat Masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack salt
  • 2 tspGreen Chutney
  • 5 tspSweet Tamarind Chutney
  • as neededNamkeen
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoonoil
  • 10curry leaves

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, crackle the mustard seeds and curry leaves and dry roast the poha.

    Roast on a low flame for about 5 minutes, add 2 pinch of turmeric powder Then let it cool completely.

    Now, take a bowl add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves namkeen sev, roasted/fried peanuts, salt, black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix all together.

    Add the roasted poha, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney, 2 tablespoon namkeen bhujia, coriander leaves Mix all together.
