  • 1/2 cupchopped Ginger (lengthwise)
  • 1 tbspmustard oil
  • 1 tbspmustard powder
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • As per tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Be ready with all the ingredients

    Heat the mustard oil and cool it down to room temperature

  3. 3

    Add salt, vinegar and mustard powder to the chopped ginger

    Pour the mustard oil over the ginger and mix well. Transfer to a clean and dry glass bottle.

    Can be served immediately with paratha or Rice.
