  4. as neededJaggery and tamarind chutney
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 3 tspCoriander leaves
  7. 2 cupspuffed rice
  8. 1/2 cupChirva
  9. 1/2 cupBlack chickpeas

    Assemble everything before you begin.

    Add the chopped boil potatoes, onion and black chickpea,salt and red chilli powder

    Now add the chutney

  4. 4

    With the spoon swirl the whole bhelpuri mixture together well and be quick and serve with coriander leaves.
