Steps

Peel yam, cut & wash. cook till its soft. Drain.

Pour it into a bowl & mash the yam until smooth. Add grated scot bonnet & onions, maggi, curry & spices.

Mix it well till the ingredients goes in, then mould yam into small balls
- 4
Break the egg in a bowl, whisk & add little spices to it. Add vegetable oil in a pan, when its hot, dip the balls into the egg then fry on a low heat till golden brown.
