In a blender add gram flour, yogurt, green chili and water
Make a smooth paste - 2
In a pan add oil, curry leaves, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and mix well

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well

Add a and mix well for 2 min
Add gram flour paste and mix well. - 5
Add water mix well and bring it to boil, cover and cook on low flame (approx 2.30 hours) and keep stirring in between

Pakoray
In pot add gram flour, baking soda, salt and mix well
Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth batter - 7
Now add coriander seeds, chaat masala, garam masala, crushed chilli, green chili chopped, fenugreek leaves, onion, potato and coriander chopped and mix well

In wok heat oil and fry pakora until crispy and golden

Now add fried pakora in curry, stir gently and cook for 10 mins

Tarka
In frying pan add oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, whole red chilli and mix well
Now add tarka on curry and served with rice..
