Steps

Firstly soak paneer pieces in salty warm water, keep aside.

Take a wok or deep bottom pan, add oil & butter, heat it.

Add choti Elaichi & dalchini, saute it for a sec.

Now add zeera, let it splutter.

Add green chili & ginger paste, saute it till rawness is released.

Add tomato puree & salt, give a stir.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till oil has oozed out.

Open the lid now, add dhania & red chilli powder, increase the flame stir fry it for a minute.

Add kaju paste now, stir fry it for a minute.

Mix dahi & cream, add in the masala, give a stir.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till oil has oozed out.

Open the lid now, add garam masala powder, stir it.

Add 1 cup boiled water, increase the flame, stir it. Give a boil (we need a thick gravy).

Now add paneer pcs, give a stir.

Lower the flame, cover it again, cook it till desired consistency.

Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Have it with Roti or Paratha.

You may use simple zeera in case you don't have Shah zeera.
