Rose Ice cream

First, in a small micro safe bowl add cornflour and little milk, mix well and make lumps-free. Microwave for 1 min and keep aside to cool at room temperature. Now in a wide mixing bowl add remaining milk, cornflour milk, whipped cream, and rose essence. Beat the mixture with an electronic beater for few minutes until light and fluffy.

Note -- (You can add any flavored essence, fruit crush, or color of your choice). Here I have used pink-colored leftover whipped cream so I added rose essence to it you can add gulkand too.

Cover the bowl and keep it in the freezer for 2 - 3 hours. After that again beat the mixture for few minutes to make it more creamy and Pour the mixture inbox or in an air-tight container. cover the top first with cling wrap or foil and then close the lid. (to avoid ice crystals). Keep it in the deep freezer until set.

Delicious ice cream is ready, garnish with some rose petals and with silver balls, or as per your choice, scoop out or cut it into desire pieces and Serve.
