Mix all spices gram flour dahi n ginger garlic paste in mince and leave for one hr

Take a big wok heat oil n add mince. Cook on medium heat for ten minutes. Cover it

First it will release water then will condensed you should add one cup water at this stage n let it cook for another ten minutes

Finally when mince got tender n masalas become fragrant then remove it from heat

Serve withJulienne cut ginger, fresh coriander and onion rings

Serve with paratha or roghani roti
