  • 5large sweet potato
  • Oil to fry
  • Kayan miya
  • Spices
  • Cabbage
  • Carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your sweet potatoes into your desired shape and wash

  2. 2

    Put a little salt and mix then fry

  3. 3

    Fry your kayan miya add your spices, cabbage and carrots

  4. 4

    Mix and allow to simmer

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy😉
