Take a mixing bowl, add ata.

Now add all the other given ingredients, mix it well.

Add water slowly slowly, mix it.

Now make a pouring consistency batter, rest it for 10 minutes.

Take a non-stick tawa, pour 1 ladle full of batter over the tawa.

Spread it in a circle shape.

Cook it till lower side becomes light brown.

Flip the side, cook the other side in the same manner.

Brush some oil both side, cook it till fully cooked.

Take out in a serving dish.

Have it with any curry or chutney.
