Ingredients

  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1/4chopped cabbage
  • 1/4chopped carrot
  • 1/2chopped capsicum
  • 1/2tomato
  • 1/2chopped onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1/4 tspvinegar
  • 1 tsppasta sauce (optional)
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil, chilli ginger & garlic. sauté it for a minute.then add all the veggies & cook on high flame for 3-4 mins

    Add salt, black pepper powder & all the sauces to it.

    Cook it for a minute then add water to it.

    Let it boil for around 5-7mins. Ready to serve. enjoy
