Preheat oven to 450°. Stand the drumette on the big end and hold the bone at the top end. Use a fork or knife to push the meat down to show the bone for a crown look. Season with S&P.

Use a blender or food processor to make the bread crumbs course. Then add the garlic, parsley, scallions S&P and pulse until finely chopped. Put crumbs in a shallow pan and add in the melted butter.

Brush the drumette with some honey mustard. Roll each one in bread crumbs to coat. Place the chicken on a baking sheet (standing up) and bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and brown.

Serve with hot sauce or favorite dressing.
