This is a very famous dish of Burdwan (West Bengal) made with rice flour and Cottage cheese (cheena)
Steps

Take 100 gms of cottage cheese and mix 1 tbsp rice flour. Add 2 tsp milk to it.

Mash it properly in a plate and divide into 2 portions.

At first make small nikuti(little gulab jamun).Make small balls and fry it in a kardhai.

Make sugar syrup with 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water.Add 2 cardamom or 1 tsp Cardamom powder.

Put all the little gulab jamun/nikuti in Sugar syrup.keep it for 10 mins.

Now heat ghee and oil in a kardhai.take a strainer into the oil and grate the cheena and fry it lightly.

Remove it from the pan quickly otherwise it becomes brown.

Put the fried cheena into sugar syrup and keep it for 1 min.

Strain it for the sugar syrup and put into a plate.

Serve it with Nikuti.
