Whisk dahi/curd to smooth texture add salt, sugar to your taste, add 1/2tsp cumin powder mix well keep aside, add salt to mashed potatoes and keep aside too.

Arrange the pooris in a serving plate, crack the middle portion to fill in the stuffing, fill potato, boiled peas, chopped onion,in each pooris

Now pour prepared dahi(should be chilled) on top of the each pooris, pour some meeti chutney and green chutney on top, sprinkle some red chilli powder, cumin powder and fine sev.garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and serve.
