Mix the flour with water,salt and oil

Use a brush to spread the batter on a non-stick pan,make the mutabbaq sheets remove when it's done. Repeat the process until you exhausted the batter.

I boiled the minced meat a bit with little water, thyme, garlic,ginger, salt and black pepper.

Now add some oil in a pan and pour the minced meat, then add carrots, boiled peas, spring onion and stir well to avoid sticking unto the pan.

Now spread your mutabbaq sheet on a work surface and scoop the minced meat filling into the sheet and fold, repeat until you finish folding all the sheets.

Now put a pan on low heat brush the pan with oil and be putting the filled mutabbaq start placing from the folded side when golden brown then turn the other side. It take 2 minutes for each side.
