Ab masaly alu timatar Chilli dal kar gala lain

Jab gal jay to bhoon kar matar dalye chawal dalye pani dalye ik inch nikltay hua (finger tips say chek karlain)

Cook on high flame.when water evaporates then simmer
Add fried onion and leaves
on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes
Serve with raita and salad.
