Cook ground meat on stove top. Let cool.

Place ground meat in food processor. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, baking powder, baking soda and eggs. Blend until thick and creamy.

Place batter in pre buttered loaf pan.

Cook 20 min in preheated oven, at 180-200 C, or until golden un top.

Let cool in oven.

Tip: you may vary types of ground meat (red, pork, lamb, etc) or use half red mince and half pork or half chicken.
You may also vary species (garlic, rosemarine, thyme, etc).
