My grandma's wild garlic salad

This brings back so many memories - childhood, spring, foraging, summer house, BBQ. My grandma always used to make this, perfect side for a BBQ or just to accompany a dish. For example I recently had it as a side with a mushroom risotto and it worked really well.

Steps
- 1
Go for a nice spring walk to find some wild garlic.
- 2
Give the wild garlic a wash
- 3
Roughly chop the wild garlic
- 4
Add some mayo + sour cream. If you don't have sour cream, I'm sure it also works with mayo alone.
- 5
Add a pinch of salt and some sugar. Mix everything together properly and enjoy 😋
