Add oil to kadhai, add grinded coriander, green chillies n garlic paste. Stir it till it leaves aroma. Squeeze little water from cabbage and to kadhai. Mix it.
Add grated potato and salt.
Stir it well. Cover the lid and cook it for 10 minutes. Stuffing is ready. Keep it for cooling - 2
Knead dough by adding salt and oil to aata. Make lemon sized balls. Take 2 balls of dough. Roll roti, then spread the stuffing, keep another roti on it. Cover from all the sides so stuffing should not come out.
Roast it on tawa by spreading ghee. Serve it with curd and salad
