CHILE en Leche
Sleepovers at my aunts was always looked forward to! They would make us traditional huevitos with this Chile de Leche! It is so good!! The Taste and texture is 👌🏼
I love this on my breakfast eggs and my chicken mole.

Steps
- 1
Finely chop all your chiles.
- 2
Heat you oil in a skillet... about the same amount as when you cook eggs.
- 3
Sauté all the Chiles in the oil on medium heat. WARNING! The fumes might make you cough.
- 4
Once you've sautéed them for about 5-8 mins, add salt to taste (I use about 1 spoon and a half)
- 5
Now, add your 1/3 cup of milk, and let it simmer, stirring occasionally for about 8 mins or until milk thickens and reduces a bit.
- 6
Once consistency looks like this photo your CHILE en LECHE is ready👌🏼 Enjoy!
