Steps

Prepare noodles for stir fry by soaking in warm water according to package. Drain completely.

To make sauce, whisk together tamarind, fish sauce, sugar, siracha and garlic powder in a bowl

Season chicken with remaining seasonings. With a hot wok and oil, cook chicken completely.

To the wok add garlic. 1 minute later add noodles. Mix and fold well. 2 minutes later add sauce and mix and fold. Last, add scallions, sprouts and peanuts. Do not scorch. Cook until done.

Squeeze lime juice on top and serve.
