Today I took Japanese wild grass Fuki beside the orange farm. And I cooked it by my mother's recipe.

This is Japanese Fuki (giant butterbur)

Fuki I took

Cut the leaves and use stalks.

Wash with salt

Boil in boiled water with a little salt for 10 minutes.

Cool in cold water.

Peel the thin skin of Fuki

Cut the same size.

Start to fry with sesame oil

Put Mirin, Dashi powder, sugar and soy sauce and boil well for 10 minutes with low heat.

Sprinkle with sesame and Japanese red pepper.
