Ingredients

6 to 8 Dorayaki

1 cupSelf-Raising Flour
2Eggs
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupWater
'Tsubu-an' (Sweet Azuki Paste)
'Tsubu-an' (Sweet 'Azuki' Paste)

Steps

Make thin 10cm pancakes with least possible oil. Non stick pan is recommended as you need no oil.

This pancake recipe is specially for Dorayaki. Because of the larger amount of sugar, it would be easy to burn quickly. Please cook on medium to low heat.

Sandwich 1 to 2 tablespoons of 'Tsubu-an' with two pancakes.
