Defrost the frozen puff pastry, roll it out thinly and cut in half widthwise.

Cut the chocolate into smaller pieces than the cookie cutter.

Line the chocolate on one of the puff pastry sheets.

Cover with the other puff pastry.

Cut the bears out with a cookie cutter.

Press the edge of the puff pastry sheets together with your finger to prevent them from opening while baking. Place on a baking sheet, and coat the surface with an egg wash.

Bake in a toaster oven until browned. The baking time will vary according to your toaster oven. I baked these for about 10 minutes.

They'll look even cuter if you make faces with melted chocolate.
