Grease and line a slice tray with baking paper.

Mix dry ingredients and combine with melted butter or margarine.

Press into slice tray and bake at 180*C (170*C fan forced) for 20-25 minutes.

When slice is cool, ice with chocolate glaze icing and quickly sprinkle with desired decorations.

Icing: Melt margarine or butter and add to blended icing sugar and cocoa. Mix we'll and gradually pour in water, beating well. Pour over slice and spread evenly.
