Ingredients

  1. 3Weet-bix, crushed
  2. 1 1/2 cupSelf raising flour
  3. 1 cupDedicated coconut
  4. 125 gramsButter or margarine
  5. 3/4 cupBrown sugar
  6. 2 tbspExtra coconut, for sprinkling or coloured balls for decorating.
  7. icing
  8. 3/4 cupIcing sugar
  9. 2 tbspCocoa
  10. 50 gramsButter or margarine
  11. 1 tbspHot water

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Grease and line a slice tray with baking paper.

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients and combine with melted butter or margarine.

  3. 3

    Press into slice tray and bake at 180*C (170*C fan forced) for 20-25 minutes.

  4. 4

    When slice is cool, ice with chocolate glaze icing and quickly sprinkle with desired decorations.

  5. 5

    Icing: Melt margarine or butter and add to blended icing sugar and cocoa. Mix we'll and gradually pour in water, beating well. Pour over slice and spread evenly.
