4 tbspYogurt
2 tspJam (whatever you prefer_

You can use any flavoured jam (I used marmalade.)

Mix the yogurt and jam in a container which you can put in the freezer, and mix well.

Freeze the Step 2 mixture in the freezer for about 3 hours (right before it gets too hard).

Mix well and enjoy.
