2 sliceBacon

Chop the garlic shoots into 3 cm length. Cut the bacon into 1 cm strips.

Put the bacon in a pan, and stir-fry over low heat. When it becomes brown and fat renders, add the garlic shoots.

Stir-fry until the bacon becomes crispy, then it's done.
