Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 poundcherry tomatoes
  2. 1 poundwhite fish fillets
  3. 1 tablespoonkorma paste
  4. 1 tablespoonpickled lime (I used a splash of lime)
  5. 1 cancoconut milk

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan with a tablespoon of oil, sauté the halved cherry tomatoes, skin side down. Let them cook slowly (about 2 minutes) without moving them.

    Meanwhile, cut the fish into pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix the coconut milk with the korma paste and lime.

  4. 4

    Add all the ingredients to the pan with the cherry tomatoes and cook for 6 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with rice.
