Indian-style Fish Curry With Tomatoes & Cream Indian-style Fish Curry With Tomatoes & Cream
I ate some terrible curry when I was on a trip, so I made this as restitution.Be sure to marinate the fish in curry powder and olive oil for a while so the flavors can soak in.It's okay if you don't have all of the spices. I did not add water, but you can add some if you find the curry too rich. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan -

Summer Vegetable Curry with Chicken and Canned Tomatoes Summer Vegetable Curry with Chicken and Canned Tomatoes
I found some nice, long eggplants at the supermarket, which inspired me to make this summer vegetable curry. I also bought okra and mushrooms for this. For the rest, I used ingredients I had around the house.I microwave the okra for 1 minute and add them at the end.Bring out the acidity of the curry by adding canned tomatoes. My secret ingredients are milk, honey, instant coffee, and Japanese Worcestershire sauce. I add curry powder for fragrance. For 12 servings.(Recipe by Takashi mama) cookpad.japan -

Summery Dry Curry With Fresh Tomatoes Summery Dry Curry With Fresh Tomatoes
We also get a lot of tomatoes from my in-laws. This recipe is quick to make, and is versatile too, so I make it all year.PS: If you don't have whole cumin seeds, add some cumin powder at the very end.To peel the tomatoes, remove the cores, make a crisscross cut in the skin, and put in boiling water for about 20 seconds. The peel will come off easily.I used small tomatoes this time. (300 g in total)This is delicious wrapped in tortillas or as a pizza topping too. If using it like that, reduce the amount of water added and season well with salt and pepper. Recipe by putimiko cookpad.japan -

Easy Superb Tomato Curry Easy Superb Tomato Curry
We often receive a large amount of cherry tomatoes as a gift, and I've always made them into tomato sauce. I tried them once in a curry, and it was so delicious! So since then I've been making curry whenever I've had a lot of tomatoes on hand. You can use any meat you like! If you make this in a pressure cooker, enough water will come out from the tomatoes and other vegetables, so you don't need any added water! The sweetness of the tomato is delicious, and this curry is good for you too. You can add eggplant and use this as a meat sauce too! If you are making this in a regular pot, please add a little water. Recipe by Nyororon cookpad.japan -

I made chicken curry (one of my favorites) in a very short time with canned tomatoes. Our family's secret seasoning combination is 1 teaspoon each of Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce and ketchup.Sautéed onion releases juices, so 200 ml of water should be enough.I like chicken breast better than thigh meat because it is healthy and it does not melt away.Even people who do not like tomatoes will like this curry.
