Holi festival is complete with Gujiya. It's time of unhealthy binge eating and weight gain. We tend to lose track of our eating, drinking and fitness habits.

For stuffing - Take a teaspoon of ghee in microwave bowl. Add grated coconut and sugar.. Add all chopped dry fruits and pinch of cardamom powder. Mix and combined thoroughly. Keep it in microwave for 2mints. Keep aside.

Other steps for outer covering -take a large mixing bowl. Add maida, sugar, baking powder and mix well. Add ghee and crumble the mixture. Further add curd and combine well.

Add some water and make a dough without kneading. Cover with a moist cloth and rest for 15mints.

After 15mints slightly knead the dough. Divided into 4part. To the first part add few drop of red velvet emulco.second part add orange and third part add pandan coconut emulco. Knead well. Keep the fourth part as it is.

Pinch four small sizes dough ball of four colours and flatten it and roll it. Cut rectangular strips and join the three colours strips. Flatten out the white ball. Place the stuffing. Carefully place this over the rectangular coloured strips and twist this in the form of plaits. Join the two ends with water.

Than Deep Fry in medium hot oil on low flame till it turn golden brown and crispy.transfer into serving plate and serve it.
