Sev puri Sandwich

In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, ajwain, oil, salt and water. Mix well.

Knead a dough. Cover it for 10 minutes and rest.

After 10 minutes, make small balls from the dough. Roll out a medium thick chapati.

Now with help of cutter or knife, give square shapes to the rolled chapati. Give pricks with the fork.

Deep fry these squares on medium flame till crispy.

Now for stuffing in a mixing bowl, add the boiled moong, Boiled potatoes, chopped onion, salt, green coriander chutney, imli chutney. Mix well. Mash the mixture with the help of spoon to evenly mix.

Now place the moong mixture on top of one square and cover with the other sqaure.

Make it like a sandwich

Now apply some imli chutney on all the sides of the stuffed squares

Sprinkle nylon sev on all the sides.

Transfer to a serving plate. Place a drop of green coriander chutney on top
