Soak kashmiri red chillies in water for least 30 min.then grind chillies with little water till smooth paste.keep aside

Heatvoil.add finely chopped garlic & ginger & fry till row aroma fades away.add finely chop onionsand fry till onion blends in with garlic.add chilli paste & rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil,add water & simmer till sauce thickens,oil separated & shown at surface.

Whisk together soya sauce,ketchup,garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt,baking powder in a bowl.add chicken and marinate for least 1 hr.more marination more taste

Mix cornflour,all-purpose flour,ginger powder,egg & whisk.add this to chicken & mix well to create thick batter.use hands to mix the batter do as to avoid any lumps & allow proper coating of chicken

Fry battered pieces in oil at medium flame till golden.if any batter is left, add 1 tsp oil in pan & fry the batter.add white part of spring onion & bellpepper as well &stir fry.add fried chicken pieces to this fried batter& roll it. This will add to flavour.

Warm up the schezwan sauce, add chicken into sauce,mix at low flame to coat chicken fully in sauce.sprinkle chop greens of spring onion on top

Enjoy fiery sweet schwezan chicken with fried rice or even noodles
