Take a pan add oil when heated add cumin cloves bey leaves and a pinch of heeng.

Add boiled and squeezed jackfruit keep sauteeing then add turmeric, red pepper dhania powder salt garam masala and stir it.

Cover with lid for some time and stirring in regular interval of time. After 5 -9 minutes it will ready. Sprinkle haradhania chopped over it.

Enjoy with paratha or chapati and raita
