Ingredients

  1. 2 CupsCashew nuts
  2. 150 gmsSugar
  3. 2 tbspGhee
  4. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  5. 1 tspRose water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small mixer jar add Cashew nuts grind too smooth powder keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Now sieve the ground cashews power.

  3. 3

    For sugar syrup
    Now in a deep and non-stick pan add water sugar cardamom powder

  4. 4

    Give the flame low and keep on stirring to from syrup mixer well add rose water and mix until it releasing from it

  5. 5

    Once the cashews paste turn to dough leave the pan and add ghee

  6. 6

    Transfer the dough into the butter paper graze your hand with a little ghee and knead for 30 second

  7. 7

    Once you get smooth dough cover with butter paper take a tray and fresh to from a uniform layer spread some saffron strands

  8. 8

    Roll the dough with the adjusting according to your choice

  9. 9

    Then cut the dough into the diamond-shaped or the shape of you wish

  10. 10

    Garnish with silver vark
