Ingredients

10 minutes preparing time
3-4 people
  • 2 1/2 handfulsmixed leaf salad
  • 1/2red pepper sliced
  • 10 slicescucumber
  • 1avocado sliced
  • 8cherry tomato’s sliced
  • 1 tspolive oil (optional)
  • Pinchsalt (optional)
  • Pinchground black pepper (optional)
  • Pinchoregano (optional

Steps

10 minutes preparing time
  1. 1

    Take your favourite salad bowl and fill it with your mixed leaf salad.

  2. 2

    Add your sliced red pepper, cucumber, avocado and tomatoes. Then mix together.

  3. 3

    Drizzle the olive oil on top and add your salt, ground black pepper and oregano.

  4. 4

    Enjoy with your favourite food!
