Ingredients

2 servings
  • 300 gmratalu( purple yam)
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspPepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 cup green chutney

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and clean the yam. Remove skin of it. And cut them in a thin slice.

  2. 2

    Now wash them properly and dry them nicely. On kitchen paper.

  3. 3

    Now dip fry them till done sprinkle chat masala salt and pepper on it and serve with green coriander chutney.
