Heat the oven to 170°C (fan). Line a 20cm square tin with greaseproof/ baking paper.

To a large mixing bowl add the butter and chocolate and slowly heat on a bain-Marie (put the bowl on top of a small saucepan filled with an inch of water and let the water simmer on the stove). Keep stirring the chocolate mixture until it has fully melted.

Gooey Slutty Brownies Gooey Slutty Brownies
These are the ultimate brownie! They seem to be doing the rounds on social media right now, usually with Oreo's in the middle layer and coloured sprinkles in the cookie dough. You can really go mad and put what ever you want in them, but the basic recipe is one layer cookie dough and one layer brownie. Here is my recipe, but you could easily just use shop bought cookie dough and brownie mix. The brownies recipe is one I have used for years, I find it really simple and never goes wrong, it's a great recipe on its own if you are short on ingredients and time. Hayley Bradley -

Brownies Brownies
These are always loved by everyone and are super easy to make. However I have found over the many times I have baked these that everyone has a personal preference when it comes to brownies and their gooey, chewiness! This all comes down to when you take them out of the oven, the longer they are left the harder and more chewy they become. I always try and adapt this if I know their preference. The original recipe comes from Hummingbird Bakery. nfstorey -

Cream Cheese Brownies Cream Cheese Brownies
A simple and delicious treat, brownies with a refreshing hint of cheese tang. The marble pattern is cute, making it a great gift! The origin of this recipeThis is a popular treat even at certain theme parks. When baking brownies without making them too thick, a regular square pan can be too deep, but a multi-square pan with a 1.5-inch depth is very convenient. It's also easier to smooth the surface and achieve an even thickness. It helps prevent uneven baking too! かっぱ橋浅井商店Translated from Cookpad Japan -
Caramel Brownies Caramel Brownies
I've only had chocolate flavored brownies. I wondered if could I make them with caramel using white chocolate? I tried it out and they came out pretty well. These are sweeter and more delicious if the caramel is not too pronounced. In Step 5, if the chocolate doesn't melt completely, keep microwaving a few seconds at a time until it does.Pour leftover caramel over the brownies, or mix into whipped cream and served on the side.
