Steps

Soak poha in water for at least half an hour, drain the excess water

Take a pan and heat some oil. Fry some groundnuts until they become red in colour

Add some curry leaves and mustard seeds with cumin seeds

Add chopped onion and fry until their color changes to transparent pink
- 5
Now add turmeric powder, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix on low flame

Add poha to the pan and mix till it becomes evenly yellow

Garnish it with some fresh coriander and dessicated coconut.

The tempting quick poha are ready to eat for breakfast
