Got this recipe from my neighbourhood granny. This is absolutely healthy and tasty. Made from sirukeerai, a type of greens (keerai in Tamil)
Steps

Add oil to a pressure cooker and add chopped onions and fry till golden brown
- 2
Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes off. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy.

Add chopped sirukeerai and cook for a minute. Then add chopped potatoes and cook for another minute
- 4
Then add prawns and cook for a minute
- 5
Then add rock salt, turmeric powder, kulambu chilli powder and stir till masalas are cooked
- 6
Add 1/2 cup water and mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles
- 7
Then open the lid and add pepper powder and stir till water dries out.

Serve with white rice, chapathi, rotis, pooris and dosas
