Steps

Cut rice paper into 1/4 of a cross.

Cut out paprika into your favorite shape. I cut paprika into ★shape. I cut ham same way.

Dip the rice paper in water, and when it becomes soft, roll the paprika and cheese and twist both ends to make it look like candy.

Deep fry them. You had better to fry seperately because they are sticking each other.
